I know its wonderful isn't it!
According to the met office statisticians spring now starts on the 1 March of each year. They divide the seasons into three months with summer starting on 1 June, Autumn on 1 September and Winter on 1 December.
This means that we have only 18 days to go before spring arrives and hopefully some warmer weather!

In Spain it stays light a bit later anyway but yesterday was particulary spectactular weather wise. It must have been 20 degrees at least. We still had the front door open at 10pm because it was so warm. Summer's on the way folks.

Roll on June when it's my birthday and we have a giant bar b que in our garden with all the rest of the family from all over England and Wales and I end up getting well hammered in front of everyone else and end up going to bed at 9 30 but the party carry's on till 4am, yeah, I can feel the hangover all ready

Wow it gets dark early over there. It gets dark in Southwest Florida at 7:00pm. The sun is still bright out in 6:10 pm

haha yeahhh totally beats the dark afternoons like when i walk home from school at like half 3 and its so dark :( no time to go out and enjoy the sunshine...

It's wonderful! Finally we can all go out shopping withought thinking, "I must get back before three otherwise i can't see!" Finally, Summers paying us a visit!!!
