Apart from the birds, some iguanas and turtles have wattles. One turtle is called the Wattle neck soft shell turtle.

Wattles is a flowering plant that is found mostly in the Southern Hemisphere. The acacia bug may be found on wattles but I don't know if a flowering plant can be found on any animals. Are you sure you have the right information?
