I make a mean ox tail soup. I personaly love ox tail soup. I have an aunt that is real stuck up and i gave it to her and dint tell her what it was and she loved it. Now all i hear is when u makin the ox tail soup. I start off boiling the oxtail in a broth of your own liking. Mines homade with boiyon (consome) Then I add in onion, carrots,potato, jalepeno for me, If you like spanish dishes I also add in yuca and chayote. Turns out great. Hope u enjoy it.

Ox tails make the best vegetable beef soup. Darn, now I am going to think about soup all day...

Yes; grandmother used to make soup. It was a very robust and hearty beef soup; with barley as I recall.

My mom made them one day and i never tasted it. Im vegetarian and i do not like that.. It makes me puke.. The thought of it.
