When you tweeze, or even wax hair from your skin, it opens the pores of the hair follicle and bacteria will go inside and grow and cause you to break out. After you tweeze, just try using some Neosporin on it because it has an antibiotic in it. This should fix the problem, unless it's being caused by ingrown hairs.

Instructions
STEP 1: Sit near a window to get the best light. STEP 2: Wash the area thoroughly so it's not oily. STEP 3: Decide what shape you want for your eyebrows. Styles change; it may help to flip through fashion magazines for ideas. STEP 4: Draw in a brow line on your eyebrow with a brow pencil to serve as a guide. Follow the brow's natural line when tweezing eyebrows by conforming to the curve of your upper eyelid. STEP 5: Pull the skin at the outer end of the eyebrow taut against the brow bone, and use the brow bone as an additional guide. STEP 6: Use a pair of angled eyebrow tweezers to remove the hairs below the brow; never shape your brow by plucking above it. Pluck only one hair at a time. STEP 7: Start tweezing your eyebrows in the middle of the eyebrow and tweeze toward the outer end; then go back to the middle and tweeze toward the nose. Your brows should extend a little beyond each corner of your eye. STEP 8: Use a cotton ball or pad soaked in pure tea tree oil or witch hazel to soothe your tweezed brows. Tips & Warnings
Consider having your brows waxed professionally to get exactly the shape you want. You can then tweeze the strays as they grow in.
Habitual tweezing of your eyebrows may make some hairs stop growing permanently, so pluck with caution.
There are tweezers on the market that are specially designed for tweezing eyebrows. They cost a bit more but make the experience less painful.

Wash your face before you tweeze, and use a toner on the brow area. Then get some rubbing alcohol and clean your tweezers with it. When you are done tweezing, use a bit of rubbing alcohol on the area to make sure there are no bacteria. That should prevent break outs.
Ice afterwards helps close down your pores and reduces swelling, so it is also a good tip, but not by itself.

When tweezing your eyebrows, make sure that the end closest to your nose is diagnoal to the end of your eye. Also, the other end should be diagnal to the other side of the eye.....Dont go too thin, it'll be too dramatic and too big of a change at once. Work it little by little until your eyebrows are plucked to perfection!

When tweezing or waxing, your are ripping out a hair follicle, then you have a 'hole' left...sounds gross huh? lol
use a toner to close that up so no dirt or oil can get in

It could just be because your tweezers aren't clean. Soak them in alcohol before each use to reduce bacteria.
