Eh, define "real Black". One of West African (e.g. Nigerian) descent? One of East African (e.g. Kenyan) descent? Jamaican, maybe? Does he have to be liberal? Does he have to be militant? Does he have to have a 3' vertical leap?

So your saying Jessie Jackson isn't a real black man? He ran a pretty good campaign in '84-85 when he came in third as a candidate that no one took serious and again in "88-89 when some thought he would win the nomination.

Racism springs eternal, and from every quarter it seems. Al Sharpton? Jesse Jackson? Black enough for you? Successful at Presidential runs? No. Is Colin Powell black enough for you? I would drop my support of Hillary and work on his campaign in a hot second if only he would run, but alas, it has ZIP to do with his color. Gosh, for a white chick, I guess I'm just not racist enough to get with the color program.

When they did DNA tests on black in the US they found on average they ae 20% white. This was a big shock to at least one "Black Studies Professor" who turned out to be 75% white.
But to me being black is part of their culture and obviously Oblama ain't that being raised in Indonesia, Harvard and suburbia by his white mommy.

I'm guessing that you are black. I have a question - why do all black people unsatisfied and hateful to the most prominent black people in politics? I'm so tired of my black friends calling people like Condi Rice and Colin Powell "Uncle Toms". Why is their degree of blackness (in skin tone and personality) such a disgrace to you?

His father is from Kenya, his Grandmother still lives there. He has actually been to Africa.
So I guess Tiger Woods is not black, Alicia Keys is not black, Vanessa Williams is not black, and many many others.
He is both black and white.
The only way you are going to get a guaranteed 100% black is if a candidate runs who has both parents who came from Africa.
All of our 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc generations here in America are of mixed blood, mixed race. There is Native American, African and European blood in many of our citizens. Just look at the Cajun and Creole populations in the US south, they honor and cherish their French, Native American, and African roots and incorporated them into their culture.
