I am deployed, Iraq. I would like to open an online account to trade Penny stocks. How can I open an account without giving my SS and very personal information online? Any suggestions out there?

You will need to give this information. If you go to Scottrade.com I am sure your personal information will be secure.

If you are looking for some great penny stock ideas, you should see what the best investors at http://www.top10traders.com are buying. Some of this traders are really good. Here are this month's best:

http://www.top10traders.com/Top10Standings.aspx

Top10Traders is a free site that lets you create a portfolio of stocks with $100,000 in "play" money. Each day the site ranks the best performing portfolios, so you can see how your picks perform compared to other investors. You can read posts on investing from the best traders, as well as share your own investing ideas. There is a charting feature, so you can see how your portfolio performs compared to the S&P 500. Also, you can create your own "group" so that you can see how you are doing compared to your friends.

Hope this helps - and thanks for your service in Iraq. Although there is a lot of criticism of the war right now, everyone appreciates your sacrifices and patriotism.

They are sometimes referred to as "the slot machines of the equity market" because of the money involved. There may be a good place for penny stocks in the portfolio of an experienced, advanced investor, however, if you follow this guide you will learn the most efficient strategies https://tr.im/e3f14
