and yes i check if all the wires are plugged in Its just when i tturn it on only the fan turns on that the pc I dont know whats going on the light just stays blue while the fan keeps on going. Can anyone help?

I hate to say it but if the fans are running and the monitor is on, it sounds like either the monitor is shot or your PC has crashed. Can you try out your PC with another monitor? If you don't have one available, you can take it to a store and they can run it off their monitor to let you know what's going on.

What did you do to it? You must have done something to it. There's no reason a PC should not turn on unless it's a hardware malfunction.

Check your electric service panel, to make sure you didn't trip a breaker. Also on your surge protector, make sure you have a green light.

well, it can be a cpl things,power supply can be bad, you may have damaged the cpu, it can also possibly be a bad motherboard battery
