You're talking about an ENEMA .

There are various ways, u can take a laxative which will effectively evacuate your bowels.
People get this done when they need to get a rectal examination for gastric conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, ulcers and so on.

Some people choose to get them done, and liquid (various types) are pumped in through the back door to clean out the bowel, sometimes known as colonic irrigation.

I dont know what it feels like as I haven't had it done but personally I cant imagine it would be too pleasant!

Your stomach does look flatter for day or two afterwards (hence why some film stars get it done) but the tummy reverts to normal pretty soon.

Downside is it can leave your bowel more sensitive, leaving you less able to tolerate certain foods and possibly causing diarrhea!

Occasionally people have used it for sexual pleasures..again this wouldn't be my cup of tea but whateva floats your boat I suppose!

Incidentally Im a dentist but initially studied in medicine.

It's always better to control constipation by eating correctly. Plenty of h2o, fruits, veges, and fiber. If an enema is needed, some people have luck with a "Fleets" enema, it's small and easily used.

I think you mean an enema. It can be uncomfortable to use but it works better than any other laxative out there. I wouldn't try a Fleets though, I would buy an enema/hot water bag combo. Much more effective.

An enema is a safe, effective, and natural way to cleanse the bowel. It more closely approximates a natural movement than laxatives or suppositories and is much more gentle on the system

You're thinking of an enema.
I don't think they feel great, but I've never had one. I'm a nurse and I have given alot of them.
The patients do feel better after they poop.

Enema. Shoot warm water, Barium or herbal mixture up your poop shute to flush out your lower intestinal tract. Cleans out impurities. Sometimes called a "Colonic".
