What I mean is, somebody using my cellphone number utilizing another mobile phone or a landline. If yes, then is there a way to stop it? Because if somebody could do that then there is a chance that I would be paying bills for phone calls that I did not make. For clarification purposes, my cellphone is not connected to the computer. Thanks everybody!!!

The only way anyone other than you could be using your account to make phone calls charged to you, beside borrowing your cell phone, is by cloning your phone and account identity onto another cell phone.

GSM technology makes it very difficult to achieve the kind of fraud we saw w/ analog technology. I'd be more worried that someone is "borrowing" your phone and making calls.
