landen donovan also looks really good having scored vs both teams. denmark isnt very good but beating a rival and shuting them out in front of a large mexican crowd has to be pretty good?

The matches against Denmark & Mexico weren't huge tests. (The Denmark one was the US B team against the Danish B team, and as a general rule the US beats Mexico at home these days.) I did like what I saw in the two games, though. The US Team played far more aggressively than they did in the Cup. I think that's how the US should play because the American players generally have better stamina and speed than many of the other teams. We could see that they were most successful in these recent games when they really took it to the opposing team instead of trying to slowly build. With a continuation of this style of play and a reasonably decent draw in the tournament, the US could go as far as the quarters. (And with some luck maybe even further.)

Remember they weren't playing half of their starters..... and i'm sure mexico wasn't either...... I didn't get to watch Denmark.... But if we get a good draw in the World cup i'm sure we can make it out of the bracket, i don't think that far after that

i don't put anything into beating denmark's d-team, and we always beat mexico when its played anywhere but the Azteca. and in 3 years who knows who is going to step up and be involved in the team. I was really disappointed about bradley getting the job. but he seems to be playing good tatics and possitive football so hopefully they will just get better and better.

It is pretty good, but when they play against powerhouse teams (England, Portugal, Germany, ect.) they don't stand much of a chance. You can't have a few quality players take you to the finals. If they get seeded lucky enough, they might go to the quarter finals. And thats if they get lucky.
