It's out in both Germany and France as any respective look on their respective amazon websites will attest (.de and .fr), but I'm pretty sure that neither includes the English soundtrack, which is not of much good at all.
Your best hope may well be Japan, as they are region 2, as I believe they are especially fond of Leslie Nielsen, but I'm afraid I can't remember the name of the one place in Japan I've actually used and had an English website. I'm certain it is not out in the UK. It is often a case of being creative and trying Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and other European countries. The only thing is to be sure that the DVD in question has the original audio track and doesn't have burned-in local subtitles that can't be switched off!

I just found a few of them on eBay, new or/and used. Try there. Or maybe in Cash Converters, ours has a HUGE collection of DVDs. Also good place to look is second hand record/DVD shops. Happy hunting!!

I don't think this has been released in region 2
However, I just checked ebay, they have it, it's an import!
