your introduction should give basic details about your subject, describe it,,,,, then your thesis statement should list 3 points about it,, and be your final sentence,,

with good health,,, you could describe how health conditions have changed over the years,,,,,, how important good health is,,,, then your thesis could be something like "good health is important as it allows one to enjoy life,,, it increases work productifity,,,, and it extends a persons life.... then your 3 body paragraphs could touch on those 3 things,

or you could use 3 things that lead to good health, such as lifestyle,, heridity,,, regular checkups,,,,,

your conclusion should sum up your main points, and also give a little bit of your own personal opinion

The main advice I can give you is to think in really general terms for the introduction. Your first few sentences will probably not mention (ex) "good health" but lead up to it. For example,

When asked what one might want to achieve in life, most people typically express the desire for a great job, a lot of money, and fullfilling family and friend relationsips. The prospect of maintaining good health rarely is the first thought; many people assume this as a precursor to success in other areas. Unfortunately, without good health, it becomes increasingly difficult to achive one's desired goals in life. Good health consists of...etc.

Just an idea where I led into why good health is necessary and important, assuming that in the body paragraphs the reader would learn how to achieve good health. If you apply this principal--going from general to specific, and creating an important tie to your subject ("education," "ailing planet earth" etc.) it becomes easy to write intros.

All you do in the conclusion is restate the thesis of the introduction, and then go back over a few key pionts that pull the whole arguement together, and then in the last sentence, close the door to your arguement while opening up the door to another idea for the reader to ponder about.
