I don't usually get dizzy in the car, but today I felt like I was going to throw up..

It was kind of hot, I was wearing too much, and I already had a mild headache (from oversleeping).. I have experienced dizziness before, but that was due to my low blood pressure, it would usually happen when, and if, I haven’t eaten in a while, but this time I had eaten breakfast! So I’m not sure what the exact cause was..

I know the dizziness was circumstantial (at least I think so), but is there anything I can do to avoid it?

Yes there is. I was just reading aboutt this. In the web

To avoid , try not looking to the sides, while the car is running. or close eyes. Gosh i forgot what i read, but it was interesting. Just search MOTION SICKNESS in the web.

have you ever had your sugar level tested? I experience this ever so often and I keep mini tootsie rolls in my glove compartment of my car. whenever I get a dizzy spell, I pop a tootsie roll or two and it works for me!
