- Dry cement would soak it up, but don't try it if rain or snow are coming
- Sand also absorbs oil
- The kitty litter may work too

Hi Papparees
I have a car that leaks oil, I have also found two ways to remove oil from concrete the first way, an a sunny day cover the oil with kerosene and let the sun bleach it out, this may take two or three days depending on the ammount of oil, the second is to spray BRAKE CLEAN on the spot, it evoraporates very quickley but if you spray and dab at it with a rag you will see the oil coming off. Do not let either one absorb into the ground, make a barrier of rags that can be washed or dispossed of properly. Both of these options work very well and with the least ammount of work

Hello you are in luck because I know the answer to your problem. Down soap will help and rinse off, then the stain can be removed by muratic acid, mix about 1/3 of acid and 2/3 of water in a container and scrub it off like you would do a stain on a frying pan, and use alto of water on the cement before you start and rinse well. it should take no longer than 5 to 10 min to remove.

Put oil dry or cat litter on it for a couple days to get any residue out. Than get a strong degreaser or concrete cleaner to finish getting the spot up. Happy cleaning.

Have you tried kitty litter? Plain, not colored. Cover the stain with it; and keep covering it after removing it on a daily basis. Then wash the spot down with a concentration of water and clorox. I hope this helps.

Well, not much now. You should have cleaned it up 2 weeks ago so it would not stain. Its probably too late now.
