The best mobile provider with cheapest rate is BSNL Cellone or else you can choose Bharti's Airtel for international calls

best mobile service provider depends largely in the place u live.If u live in the south idea is good but overall AIRTEL has a good background.

I feel Reliance communications is the best (CDMA). In GSM it is Airtel, but of the two, service, connectivity, billing etc Reliance is the best.

It is BSNL bacsuse it's roaming charges far less than competitors. If you make call to local number while on roaming you will be charged as if you are at home location calling local number.
