Good to go!?! lol. I'm 33 and i love to sleep. Love my bed! If i ever have to get up really early i do function alot better. I think you do need less sleep as you get older, but that's cool cause it gives you more time for other bed activities! like breakfast in bed!xx

children choose extra sleep reason they choose extra potential to advance.. accepted grownup desires between 7-9 hours of sleep on a each and daily foundation... if you're a healthy, solid human being you're body would require a lot less sleep... I examine someplace that persons over 60yrs of age choose a lot less sleep, not certain why... yet i imagine its something to do with the integrity of the brains sleep centre...

It might be true, I'm 50 and from about 35 it started going down hill. I now wake up may time though out the night and am left sleepy all day long.
Enjoy it while you can.

Well, I'm 37 and I sleep less. Not from choice - I've now got 4 kids which are kinda like a human alarm clock! Wouldnt have it any other way though!!

I am the same way. I usually go to bed because I know I have to get some rest. But anymore, if I wake before the alrm goes off, I just get up.

Just look at a baby from the day it enters this world.
Apart from the teenage years where mental regression, complete insecurity and the instant did like of anything ‘adult,’ every one will require less sleep; until they die.

I would figure it's the other way around. Your probably waking up early because your biological clock is getting used to it.

My grandfather was 88 when he died...does that mean he didn't need sleep at all in his later years?
