All religion is myth. It just depends on which system of mythology you believe in. To an ancient Greek, Apollo was true; to a modern Christian, he's a myth. To a modern pagan, Christianity is myth; to a Christian it's true. All religions were created to help man understand things that were unexplainable, like how the world was created. That's why every religious system has a creation myth.

Depends on who you ask. Like asking if the Christian God is true or a myth, or if the Egyptian gods were true or a myth.

Apollo was and is a true God as ALL Gods and Goddesses were and are regardeless of any personal deity or deities.

personally, i only believe in God, but the Greeks believed in many gods, like Apollo. so i guess the answer is, it was real to them.

God being reeal or not is a matter of what you believe in. For ancient Greeks he was real. As was Isis for ancient egyptians, as is our god for Christians, etc. No one can universally agree of which God exists and who doesn't.

it was a god people used to worship like say you would have a rain god or a sun god it was the same thing but u and i know there is only one true god "the Almighty God ,Jehovah" okay?
the word "god" is a title anyone can be a god so they made thier god, buut he was not the true god.
