Health Care, or rather the lack of it, currently there are 47 million people in the U.S. without access to affordable health care, this is a shame in a country so rich. This number is rising as more and more company's cannot compete in the world market and provide health care for its employees, the CEO of General Motor's has said that $1500 of ever new car sold goes to the price of insuring its employees and retirees, I would assume this holds true in other industry's as well, we pay for that when we buy things. It also makes it difficult for them as well as the others to compete with company's that are in country's that offer Universal Health Care to its people. In order to make the U.S. competitive in the world market something needs to be done about this issue.
