Nut to my Surprise Vista Failed to do so. Now i am searching for the Drivers and i need help finding them.....they're not on the HP/Compaq Site either.

Do you have a Motherboard that has a built in Ethernet Slot. If So Try it.I Did And it work for me. After getting Connected online go to Windows Update and Get the Drivers for the Compaq NC3121 Fast Ethernet NIC.

I also has this problem with this ethernet card and that how i made it work.

And by the way what the other person said is wrong they already have the drives for vista for NC3121 Fast Ethernet Card. There just a pain in the but to find.

That NIC is an exceedingly previous (10 years or older) Compaq server NIC. The drivers for Server 2003 or Server 2000 would desire to paintings, even however you would be able to would desire to unzip the installation kit manually with WinZip or comparable archiving utility and then set up them manually if the setup won't run under XP. Compaq/HP by no potential printed an installation %. for WinXP for that NIC.
