She needs to start with seeing a doctor ... could be depression, stress, hormonal ( low thyroid function ) .... or she could simply just be doing too much and it has caught up with her. She needs to start by taking time out for herself ..

When I had the flu I didn't have a runny nose or cold. But it depends how long she has been feeling like this if more than 5 days tell her to go to the doctors as it could be something serious

this could be due to many things...is she dehydrated? does she eat a varied diet? This drained feeling maybe symptoms of a viral infection - which will run it's own course possibly up to 3-4weeks. She should see her doctor to be safe she maybe pregnant or may have a low haemoglobin level..a simple blood test will find out if so.. hope this helps xXx

She needs to go to the doctor and get a blood test done, esp. for iron and thyroid. Stress can also cause this feeling so if she has a lot on her plate, she needs to balance it with time out and some treats for herself.

Hope that helps.

it could be stress. does she have alot of things ogin on ltaely at home or work? just tell her to get plenty of rest and eat losts of healthy food and fliuds. eat apples oragnes anthing. and xpecially orange juice. i really don think that its some disease or condition like everyone else is saying i think it simple could be just stress and too much going on. rtell her to relax..take it easy eat healthy. if that doesnt work then maybe try to go to the docto and find out some possibilities that oculd be making you wife life this. hope this helps :] good luck

Iron deficiency. Try eating more iron rich foods - Organ meats and meats, eggs, fish and poultry, blackstrap molasses, green leafy vegies, cherry juice and dried fruits.
