I am not giving a list - you can look em up but there are a few with a bob or two. Nearly all of us in UK are in the top richest 5%of the World. So we have nothing to moan about

If you mean rich as in money, land, and other assets than of course the Queen and her nearest relatives who stand to inherit all that; J.K. Rowling, the Mittal guy who has his own mansion on billionaire's row called the Taj Mittal, and many more because I've heard the reason London's has billionaire's row is because there are like 10's or 100's of billionaires who live there.
