The fog is mostly during the summer. It get's overcast, and the temp in November ranges from high 60's (day) to low 50's (night) normally, with a day or two at 72 degrees.

Bring a medium-light coat or jacket and a sweater, and layer them. You can easily get away with wearing a jean jacket and medium sweater at night, and only a sweatshirt over a t-shirt during most days. Do not bring shorts! Bring comfortable walking shoes. The hotel will loan you an umbrella if - for some reason, it rains.

It can get windy in some places, but it won't blow you away. I hope you come, I know you will have a great time!

The problem with the weather in San Francisco are the sudden changes of temperature. Yo can have a nice temperature on the street and it will suddenly can change to almost frost. Fog can appear in minutes, changing a sunny nice day in a crude wintry one.

It usually is unpredictable. Could be warm still or temps could be dropping. We often have beautiful days in the fall, so just bring along a hoodie weight jacket and you should be fine.

I know I went Sailing last year on October 28th and it was a gorgeous clear crisp day.

i went there in november last year, it was very foggy in the mornings but soon cleared, We only had thinish jumpers on us and 1 day we wer in t-shirts on cropped pants it was soooo hot! take a jacket for the boat trips tho, its can get really cold out at sea, we went on a harbur cruise and i was freezin, but as we wer cuming back i could feel myself gettin warmer. lol! I'd say just take a light weight jacket when u go out just incase. x
