For the past couple of weeks, I've had no motivation to really do anything. I don't feel like cleaning or doing laundry. I hardly want to shower... I basically want to just sit.

I don't feel depressed, in fact, I'm pretty happy.... I just don't want to do anything...

What the heck is causing this? Anyone else ever feel this way?

Sounds like the BLAAHHS to me. Get up off your duff, Run down the street for 30 minutes or so. Make a list of three things you've always wanted to do but never got around to. Then plan how to accomplish the first one of your dreams. Soon you'll be so deep into it the blahs will be totally banished.
Have a great time.

You might not feel depressed to be clinically depressed. Depression takes on many symptoms you don't immediately connect to depression. Try to eat very healthy and do some vigourous exercise for this week and if you don't feel better see a doctor.
