The last Egyptian pharaoh was Cleopatra VII (the famous one !).

After her death, Rome became the rulers of Egypt.

OK yes Cleopatra was a Ptolemy and therefore of Greek descent. I think the intent of the question was who was the last Pharaoh, in which case the answer is Cleopatra, as there were no pharaohs after her. If the intent of the question is "who was the last Pharoah of Egyptian descent" then the answer would not be Cleopatra.

It depends on your definition of egyptian - egypt was constantly being run by people descended from other countries, Cleopatra VII is only one example. Nubians were pharohs, Greeks, many different ethicities were considered true pharohs
