Currently I am looking for a position in the biology field. I have never found my ideal dream job in my field. I have a lot of research experience. I was wondering if anyone can help me out.

Sad to say this, it's huge where you physically located to excel in this field.
I lived in various places, but when I moved to Boston, I finally felt wanted because this place was the Mecca of biology positions.
I've been to places where science positions come far and few between and the next genius is forced to clean glassware.
I hate saying it, but look at Craiglist jobs in your area, then look in Boston area, NJ area, Philly area, Raleigh-Durham area, then LA area.
One thing they never teach you in school is how to get those jobs.
