The best way to ridicule racists and fascists in this country is to let the BNP exist. They do a far better job of showing the far right up as a bunch of ignorant thugs than any ban could do. They should, however face the full wrath of the legal system when they break the law with their hateful propaganda.
Here's some examples of what BNP members do with free speech:
NICK GRIFFIN, 47, married, four children. Cambridge law graduate. Attended his first National Front meeting aged 15. Became NF vice-chairman. Joined BNP in 1995
Received nine-month suspended prison sentence at Harrow Crown Court in May 1998 for inciting racial hatred in his magazine, The Rune. Elected leader of BNP in 1999
ON RACE “Without the White race, nothing matters. [Other right-wing parties] believe that the answer to the race question is integration and a futile attempt to create “Black Britons”, while we affirm that non-Whites have no place here at all and will not rest until every last one has left our land”
ON THE HOLOCAUST “The ‘extermination’ tale is a mixture of Allied wartime propaganda, extremely profitable lie and latter witch-hysteria”
ON POWER “When the crunch comes, power is the product of force and will, not of rational debate. We have to have a body of trained young men capable of defending our organisation. If people come to crack our heads we will break theirs”
MARK COLLETT
AGED 26, single, educated at Loughborough Grammar School and Leeds University, graduate in business and economics, self-employed graphic designer. Former chairman of the Young BNP, now the party’s director of publicity.
ON WINSTON CHURCHILL “Churchill was a f****** c*** who led us into a pointless war with other whites standing up for their race.”
ON THE PRINCE OF WALES “He’s a f****** traitor. Did you hear him say we needed more mosques in this country? All Muslims are anti-British terrorists.”
ON WHETHER BRITISH-BORN BLACKS ARE BRITISH “Just because a dog is brought up in a stable doesn’t make him a horse.”
ON THE ROYAL FAMILY “The Royals have betrayed their people. When we’re in power they’ll be wiped out and we’ll get some Germans to rule properly.”
ON AIDS A “friendly disease because blacks, drug users and gays have it.”
ON JEWS “There’s not a European country the Jews haven’t been thrown out of. When it happens that many times, it’s not just persecution. There’s no smoke without fire.”
ON ADOLF HITLER “Hitler will live forever; and maybe I will.”
Why ban them? Just let them destroy their own credibility by allowing them a platform.

Good how the economy is doing depends upon what is going on on there in the usa. Our government here within the U.K. Has a parliament just like in the us, but we not like america have a queen (even if she is not in manage of the country), though for the reason that of parliament the country is controlled with the aid of the votes of the citizens. I simply believe it can be harder to end up a british Citizen considering the fact that it's a smaller nation and men and women go to each nations it does make it tougher. And no the U.K is absolutely not dreary/wet at all times (though it's half of the time) causes for that is that its up further north and nearer to the ocean and is beautiful small in comparison with the us. However in summer it might probably get beautiful warm (even though it would possibly not get as warm in america), although in iciness despite the fact that it rains we do get snow from time to time as well. Hope this helps, if you wish to be aware of more that you may ask i'm going to do my nice to answer. P.S:though as i've not been in the usa I would like to know how it is there if viable (i am a British Citizen).

Since Griffin took over its leadership, the BNP has become more moderate, promoting similar policies to the Euronationalist approach adopted by a number of far-right European counterparts such as the Austrian Freedom Party set up by Jörg Haider. This is a pattern of emphasis and presentation of policies cited as a factor in such parties' increased electoral successes of the 1990s and, arguably much more, the 2000s.
bRITAIN IS A DYING COUNTRY, IT IS A FRIGHTENED COUNTRY, IT WANTS TO BE A FREE COUNTRY, SADLY THAT IS WHY THE BNP EXISTS.

We have a freedom of speech in this country, which allows for people to speak as they will, even if this is about points and ideas people may agree or disagree with.
the banning of groups like the BNP would be equal to Britain becoming a fascist/communist state, I for one would not like to see any group banned for their beliefs, it sets too dangerous a precedent.

To pablo-escobar apart from there being 2 black queens of Englang .Black people have been here a long time .the 2 queens being Phillipa mother of the black prince
And queen Charlotte great grand mother of Queen Victoria..Could give you more facts but i'll just leave you with one more...........Septimus Severus
York based 3rd century Black Roman emperor
Septimus Severus was born at Leptus Magna in AD 146. He belonged to a class of Romanised Africans and received a good education in his native province.
He first adopted an official career and became a civil magistrate, later he became a military commander, and this took him to Rome. He proved to be an able and popular military leader, and after the murder of Marcus Aurelius' son Commodes, Septimus, supported by the provincial legions, made good his claim to the imperial throne of Rome in AD193. He quickly defeated and killed Rome governor Clodius Albinus in a great battle in Lyon in France, and became emperor of Rome.
He rebuilt and restored Hadrian's Wall and gave Britain a century of peace; throughout his life he never lost his taste for African cooking. When he first entered Britannia, he was welcomed and hailed as the deliverer from the Gauls and Germans who continually pillaged and ravaged the island.
He quickly drove the aliens back across the English Channel, and gave Britannia semi-autonomous home rule status. In 208 AD, he supervised, refurbished, repaired and upgraded the mechanical defence system of Hadrian's Wall. In 211 AD, Septimus Severus died in York, of pneumonia at the age of 64.....Sorry i have not answered the question .So here goes even though i don't like the BNP they still have the right to be ,just as we all have the right not to join or vote for them

The BNP is a legal and officially recognised political party.People have a choice whether they vote for them or not. They are gaining more votes and status mainly due to the fact that people are getting fed up with Muslim extremists who live in the UK and take willingly everything that the UK has to offer them, only to then start preaching hatred and vitriol towards our country.

Because this is still a free country unlike some countries who stifle free speech, here everybody is allowed to have their say right or wrong.

It's much better to hear the opinions of idiots so people can realise how stupid they are, otherwise these parties could actually start to gain mainstream credence on the protest vote if they were restricted.

Because they are a legitemate political party. The only danger we face is people actually voting for them. This is when voter apathy becomes a real problem.
