She will not be the only one who does this.
Generally kids are allowed to use the restroom right after lunch. She can carry a little pouch with her toothpaste and brush; she may even be able to keep her lunch money in it so it will seem like a little purse.
After she eats she can go to the restroom and brush up real quick. Some kids may ask her why she is brushing her teeth, and she can just say "because of my braces." They won't care. Other kids will be doing it too.
The teachers will not have a problem with it.

Im 13 and I think it is very important to brush your teeth after lunch. ESPECIALLY with braces. im sure u dont want your daughter walking around the rest of the day with her lunch in her braces!!

You can tell her to brush her teeth after lunch, but that doesn't mean she'll do it.
How do you know she has time after lunch to go to the bathroom every day? Do you want her to carry around the toothpaste and toothbrush? Most middle schools don't allow kids to carry any bags with them, so she'll have to go back to her locker.
Time aside, she might be too embarrassed to do it. Middle school is tough! You never know what kids will target other kids over.

Yup of course. It's totally normal. I used to bring my toothbrush to school when I wore braces. Even then, the toilet is a pretty private place so I don't think your daughter will be embarassed.

You can only try to convince her. You dont know if shell do it or not. Shes probably shy to do it in front of her friends. You shouldnt embarass her. As soon as she comes home tell her to brush her teeth. not in school.

Calm down. You don't need to brush after every single meal. Twice a day is enough.

No, don't do that to her. What's a couple of hrs. when she gets home from school? I work in a middle school - kids are very mean at this age. She won't get cavaties - relax.
