FOOD grade, not the stuff you purchase from the pharmacy, works good.you only use 8 drops to 1 cup of filtered water. If you get any on your skin it turns white, just wash off and whatever doesnt wash off wears off in a couple hours tops.
It should be stored in a cool dark place(refridgerator). You might want to loosen the cap because it does build up gasses the bottle will swell and could burst.
I use it daily, and add it to my birds, cats and dogs water. But you really do want to handle it carefully.
earthclinic.com will tell you what you can use it for.
I purchase mine at guardianofeden.com.
Hope this helps!!!

This is an interesting topic.

the non-food grade %3 is used for external cuts etc.
food grade H2O2 should be used for other treatments. It is very strong-%35 vrs %3 . so it should be cut to 10-20parts water to 1part food grade H2O2

there is a school of thought that advocates taking it internally. I would not do this because of the unknowns. there are some great success stories though.

Because of the extra oxygen molecule h2o2 is a very power full killer--that bubbling you see is that extra oxygen annihilating germs.

The body produces h2o2 as a resource to fight infection etc, which is why some advocate ingesting it to help the body out

Another way to get the h2o2 into the body is through the skin.
Did you know the body will absorb more elements from a 20 min bath through the skin then from your digestive track ingesting a glass of water.

Therefor a safe way to ingest h2o2 is to put a bit ( say a 1/2to1 cup) of food grade H2O2 into a tub of hot, clean bath water.

That means no chlorine---filter your bath water or neutralize it before adding h2o2.

my advice is to read read read on the subject.

I've never heard of hydrogen peroxide curing anything. It is a good antiseptic, though.
