Miley Cyrus will not give out her email address ever. If you want a fan mail address, look on her website or fan site.

Miley Cyrus will not give out random people her e-mail...you have to acually know her, or know someone else who knows her. She has had to change her e-mail 13 times since Hannah Montana, becasue of stalkers, and ride people who just get her e-mail, so they can give it out. I have it and I'm not telling you or anyon else what it is...
