We are totally intolerant and impatient. If we can just wait for few seconds on the green light because some moron is putting her lipstick or dialing his cell then we can be tolerant!

We have or should have tolerance because everyone is different. Not everybody likes or believes in the same things. Without tolerance we would be more like an anarchy. IMHO we do not have enough tolerance. Tolerance should also come with understanding and respect. That's tough to do because so many people are unwilling to learn or listen.
