Hi, i took the morning after pill just over two weeks ago. I had my period 5days after taking it, although it only lasted 2-3days and was light compared to my normal flow. This worried me so i went to a family planing clinic, and they did a pregnancy test which came back negative so said it was just an effect of the pill.
This morning I started another period, just a week after the last one ended! very unusual for me! anyone have any ideas whats going on? I was meant to start the bc pill, but because of this confusion i havnt been able to.

Thank you x

The morning after pill usually messes up a woman's period because of the hormones it contains. It could take a few weeks for you to go back to normal.

Call the family planning clinic again for answers. You are probably just experiencing side effects from the morning after pill. Ask them when exactly you can start taking the pill. Your body is just adjusting to the change in hormones. But getting on the pill will help regulate all that as well. Call the clinic.
