How much should i spend mounthly to have an avarage life in penang,and study in usm?

uhm, Im not sure how u pay ur tuition fees for USM.
definitely if you can save for place of living, other fees could be kept down too. But if you want comfortable living arrangement that should set u back about RM 200-250. If you're sharing with ppl and the landlord lent it out cheaply, then it should be lower than that. if you live nearer to USM then you can save transport fee to go to USM each day, but I'm not sure if that area is more expensive for rents or not. I've only been staying in komtar area before.

overall, food are rather cheap in penang. say u spend about RM10 per day for food n transport (food is cheap in penang) then it should set u abt RM300.
prepare for RM 600-700 and you should be going comfortable.
then again, it depends on your lifestyle.
