I dislike Bush, but at the same time I do not remember him ever blaming Clinton for anything.

It's a vicious circle, but take a look at the state of the union now as compared to ten years ago.

searching back on the Bush administration, I not in any respect heard Bush pop out and blame Clinton for something. perchance some Republicans did, yet not the President himself. on the different hand, that whining clown interior the Oval workplace blames quite everyone. he's the area variety for undesirable administration. A pathetic incompetent who concept he ought to woo us with outstanding speeches on each occasion he wasn't fiddling even as Rome burns. Republicons? How trite!

Only some TV programs and news commentors suggest it. I don't remember ever actually reading a text of a blaming incident of this kind.

Bush himself wouldn't do it. That's not presidential. Rove gets his machine working and thats how it happens.

So no, you won't get a quote here of something Bush may have said. His cronies though, are a different story.

Sure - when the economy fell apart under Bush - he tried to say that he inherited a recession from Clinton.

This was of course, a blatant lie.

It was Bush's own failed economic policies which caused the current massive deficit.
