Both they have a propagande.
Both they try to share the world for the diversity of sources with other empires.
Both they have proud citizens who pretend their polical system (ethnocentrisme) is the best.
Both they are predators.

There's NO SUCH THING as "old" and "new" imperialism.

Write about what the Chinese are doing in Africa - RIGHT NOW - as a terrific example.
