Why my website has good ranking in yahoo.com but not in yahoo.co.uk?

Hi,my website has very good ranking in yahoo.com but not in yahoo.co.uk?My domain is co.uk,but for my hosting I pay twice-once in UK ,and in USA as well?Where is the problem?Thanks.

To rank well in the .uk versions of all the major search engines you need

1. A .co.uk TLD

2. UK hosting (make sure it is has a UK IP address)

3. Lots of uk links
