(2) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode

If you used FORMAT, then those viruses are GONE. So you GOT another virus, I can only wonder what is working for you.
Are you using an Anti-virus program?
Did you reinstall and update that?
Are you clever enough to NOT open email attachements and such that might be a THREAT?
You see, your anti-virus program can only go so far... Your best defense is your own BRAIN.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

Did you format the whole computer or just the drive with the OS?
Viruses usually creep back into the systems through external means, such as floppy, flash drives, and also other partitioned drives on the computer.
To remove the viruses permanently, you may have to format all drives, including the flashes, floppies etc. That means a huge loss of data... and that is the sole reason WHY I CURSE PEOPLE WHO INVENT MALICIOUS VIRUSES etc.

actually no body can give you the right answer to "clean" the virus ...
every half a minute computer is attacked with virus... Hackers have their creative ways to do things.... what we can do to least would be... ah.... Run Vaccines regularly, and try to avoid advertisements, PORNS(full of virus~), etc...
if you formatted your computer and it's still slow....
then your computer really could be slow. :p add some memory? RAM? etc...
