One of them had a replica site of a real site. EBAY does not care. I saved all the messages these con men sent me and EBAY did not even want to see them. Would like to hear from other people with similar experiences and if they actually got something done? Would appreciate links to sites with more information, thanks.

If you think that people are dumb enough to fall for these scams, then we have a lot of dumb americans. We lose 2 billion dollars annually to the Nigerian Scams. Remember, that intelligent people also fall for these scams. Have your ever been approached by a clever, crafter, intelligent, trained scammer? If you ever have, then you would understand why someone can fall for their smooth lies.

they call it report scammers so they can make more money for them selfs ok. duh? ive had that same problem with ebay i got nowher with them so i reported them in somewher but now since you in yahoo answers mentioned it i forgot where. well now its not important there is alot of scams going on in this world and also people that you cant trust no more cause they are just money hungry people who will use you and will rip you off ok. by and god bless you ok. ps also my sister had a problem like that with ebay and she is getting no where as of yet with ebay but she is the kind of person who dont give upu that easy ok by god bless you

I DONT KNOW HOW THIS MAN FROM NIGERIA GOT INTO EBAY IN THE FIRST IF HE DIDN''T HAVE AN ACCT. I TUNED HIM IN CAUSE HE WAS STARTING TO GET PUSHY. HE WANTED ME TO SEND OUT ITEM,AND THEN GIVE HIM THE VEREIFACATION @SHIPMENTERCENTE R@EMAIL,COM. I'VE NEVER FOUND OUT ANYTHING. MAYBE THEY CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT.MAYBE THESE PEOPLE ARE BEING WATCHED. IT'S KINDA SCARY.

its just the liberal privacy laws..theres little they can do. its a letigous society and their first rule is cta. they dont want to get involved beyond the minimal..i dont agree with it but i do understand it.
