Sure. No problems at all. Just because a person loses a limb or other body parts doesn't mean they are undateable.
The personality is the key.

I wouldn't date a girl because I am a girl, but I dated a man that lost his right hand in a farming accident many years ago. We were together five years, and him not having a hand didn't take away from his personality in the least. As a matter of fact, I found him to be more determined to do things that needed two hands that most people that have two hands...He was awesome to say the least. Go for it!

If you genuinely like her personality and values, why not?
They do make prosthesis which are a lot like the real thing. You must have an attitude of acceptance and treat her like any other girl. No pity. Most of the time as you get to know someone, you forget about how they look physically and see only the beauty or lack of it inside.

If she has one hand, it is good because the other hand will be strong and it will account for amazing hand job. If she doesn't have both the hands then it is even better because she will concentrate on the mouth works. Besides love is blind and so is my girlfriend!

what difference does it make if she lost her hand?if you love her and shes beautiful to you what does it matter that shes missing a hand.i wouldnt give a damn if she was just a head in a chair,if i loved her that would be all that mattered.
