Isn't it hypocrytical to say that, "our country can have Nuclear Weapons, but North Korea, for example, should not be allowed them. who makes these rules"?

Are you saying that the Americans are not responsible for dropping bombs that killed thousands of innocent people?

It is not hipocritical it is common sense.The countries who hold nuclear arsenals especailly those capable of delivering them to long distance targets have shown themselves to be responsible and look upon them as deterrents.North Korea is ruled by one man who has shown himself as totally unstable.Iran is the same and their leader has said it that Israel should be their first target.The UN security council are the ones who usually try to contol these maverick nations but it usually ends up with the US and their allies having to step in.
