Depending which e-mail server you are using and if you are talking about your work e-mail or home e-mail. If work e-mail, you can access it via the web depending weather the administrator allows it. If is exchange it would be something like this (https://mail.domainname.com/exchange, this could change depending on the domain type and setup) then you'll have to log in using your corporate id and password and depending on the administrator or the setup, you might need your internel corporate domain name in the user field as well.

You might want to talk to your network admin to find out the web address to your server and the credentions to log in via the web. It should be easy.
