I'm sorry, but your question IS a bit confusing. However, I think what you are trying to ask is whether or not a journalist who contributes a column a week to a newspaper or magazine is able to read the material written by others, is that right?

The answer is that of course they are able to. The magazine is published and available to all. Whether or not they do is an entirely different question. However, most writers/columnists do a great deal of reading from their own and other publications because they must keep informed about the news and about what their competition (even within the same magazine) is doing.

Yes, the newspaper or magazine contributor can read all the columns in the publication after it is published. He might not have the access or opportunity to read the material before the issue actually is published.
