It's the same as paracetemol. Just an American brand name.

Tylenol is a fever reducer and pain reliever for infants thru adults. I am not really sure if it is available in Ireland but I do know you can have it shipped to you worldwide. My sister was in France and she had it shipped there. Good luck

Like you I've been living with no phone, no TV, no computer, no Internet, no radio, no human contact, have never read a newspaper or magazine and have no idea about what is this thing called 'Tylenol'.

It's called something else in Europe but it is Acetaminophen ask your pharmacist.

It is also a brand that makes a bunch of allergy, cold, and flu medications.
