Which liquid eyeliner is the best to pick? And what shades of eye shadow go with blonde hair and green eyes? =D Thanks

i like no7 liquid eyeliner. avon is gd as well but if u want a thin line then you shud get no7

I've found Maybeline to be the best eyeliner, and the plus is that it's less expensive (here anyway). Find the strongest color in your eyes, if it's green then choose a complimentary color green for your eye shadow to bring out that color.

the best black one i've come across is collection 2000, it's got a felt tip that's really easy to use. they also do it in brown. and it's dead cheap, £2.50 i think
prestige do about 10 different colours, they're good but not as good, and more expensive (fiver). they have felt tips too.
blonde hair and green eyes can take anything, you're lucky. i guess it just depends on your style.
as far as eyeliner goes, try grey or blue, and black for a more dramatic look :)
