Most television shows are broadcast twice each day. The first time is say 8pm ET. That showing will also air in the Central Time zone at 7pm. The network re-airs the show at 11pm ET so that people in the Pacific time zone can see it at 8pm. So when they say 8/7c, it means 8:00pm Eastern Time and PacificTime and 7:00pm Central Time. (People in Mountain and Hawaii time have to figure it out on their own.)
