I think all tall buildings have stairs. Las Vegas has a very strict fire code after the fires at the MGM and Hilton back in the 80's.

Seriously though, yes. I'm not sure I've ever been in any building anywhere that doesn't have stairs, and on top of that we do have incredibly strict fire codes here.

This is a required regulation in the state of Nevada. They are fire proof and will set off alarms when you use them.
