Asked before, only 3 answers. I am so curious. Common sense should result in an immediate paternity test for the welfare of baby Dannielynn. And, if, as someone suggested, it had already been set up for a particular date, don't you think the circumstances warrant the judge to push up that date? I sincerely hope this child gets a fair chance at a normal life, and not caught up in years of not knowing who she is.

Well, HawnDawg, no one insinuated we are barbarians, your answer doesn't make sense, I wonder how you received so many points, don't have time to read your Q&A page but will when I can, are you always so sarcastic?

Sadly Howard K. Stern was listed on Dannielynn's Birtn Certificate as the Father, and right now he retains full physical and legal custody of the baby. He is going to do everything in his power to delay any DNA testing due to several facts.
1. He is not the babies Father -
2. He stands to lose millions -
3. He will state it is too soon after Anna's death and he simply can not be put through any more emotional trauma -
(which is a crock of crap)
It's all about MONEY, and no one, especially Howard K. Stern is willing to let loose of it.
I believe or I hope the baby is Larry's , he seems like a very nice man who truly has the babies best interest at heart.
And for Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband to be doing what he is doing ...
Good God, someone needs to slap that man.
I also do not believe Anna's Mother should have the baby. The only reason I say this is because it was completely clear that Anna did not care for her mother, and I don't believe she would be happy with that decision.
Hopefully a Judge will step in a force the issue, but right now, the Judge in this case is not giving in. Gee I wonder who's back pocket he is in? Maybe Howard K. Sterns.. Ya Think?
Right now Larry's Attorney has to roll up her sleeves and jump into the "Hard Ball" game.
Larry should have retained Gloria Alred.. She's a real ballbuster.

I'm not sure really, my thought is , since Anna Nicole's death a guardian must be appointed to care for the child. Which of course as we know is fraught with confusion and counter claims.I agree that you'd think that establishing parentage would be foremost to a judge, but with celebrity being involved I expect a different set of guidelines may be in play. There is also the fact that Dannielynn's birth occured outside the U.S and that international laws may be holding up the process. We can only hope that while this drama unfolds that the babe is being cared for in a loving familiar environment.

I so very much agree and was just saying the same thing to my husband this morning while reading the online news. Do the test already!!!! I don't care if it's one suspected father or 100. Why the wait?? I certainly hope she ends up in good hands. Just too sad. No real reason for the delay in anything I've read.

they choose a choose from the bahamas to subject a courtroom order with a view to try this. if larry birkheads criminal expert have been to take it and not utilising a courtroom order each and every little thing would be invalid. the bahamas are those with jurisdiction presiding over the subject. from what i've got been listening to on the information they might desire to get the dna from dannielynn in a month and it purely takes 3 days to be sure the outcomes. she is likewise a resident of the bahamas which makes it confusing to enforce the states order. wish this clears it up for you.

You are right, they should do the test already! I just came in here after watching the news to see if any one else heard about her sister already writing a book and saying that the big delay is due to the fact that Anna and Howard Marshall had his sperm frozen, it's his baby!!! Here we go...

they need to find the baby. the judge cannot hike his robes and run around bahamas looking. it takes time for the legla process to unfold. the test time is rather short once you have established the legal perogatives and observed the proprieties and legal nicities. we are not barbarians to juat say SEIZE THAT CHILD!
