Not very much. But if you wear capris with short ladies shirts you will look fantastic. I have not Seen you before but I am sure that blue colour will look fantastic in Blue T-Shirt.

in case you have short legs then confident, capris do make you look shorter. even however, in case you place on heels with capris then you definately thoroughly substitute the look and don't look as short. yet once you place on footwear or flat with capris and you're short then you definately will look lots shorter.

you have have long legs,skinny ankles (no cankles, cankles = cow ankles), and most importantly shaved legs, to wear capris without it looking ghastly, but yes I think it would look fine with a short kurta

Sure, why not. You can pair those alone in the summer and in the winter layer them. With Capri's, the outfit would look fab...very skater/surfer.
