It won't do any good. Some don't care anyway. Those values come from the home.

No. Never. There is no one on this Earth that I could trust to administer corporal punishment on my children. Not even my PARENTS! To often, corporal punishment is used out of frustration and anger!

To me corporal punishment for children is the ultimate punishment. One could parallel it to capital punishment for adults. In schools, there is not a jury of peers and a judge!!!

Some of the kids out there just don't get any good beatings now days ya know. Parents don't beat their kids like they used to so why shouldn't the schools be able to beat some "Ackrite" in your childs system when they go around acting a fool.

Under certain circumstances, yes. I think it should be there and taking it out of the schools was a poor idea.

I don't think so. Do you really want someone else to decide when it's ok to hit your kids? Which by the way I think it's never ok to hit anybody, especially your kids.
