This question can't be answered! The best film is all a matter of taste! We all know what we like as individuals but to put the best label on it may not be agreed upon by all! My personal favorite(I really can't tell you why) is Clint Eastwood's "THE OUTLAW JOSIE WHALES"! It's not what you would call an epic by any means but It's a great movie!
