I think September is the best.
I have been in April & May (very crowded with spring break)
July & August (very crowded as everyone has summer vacations)
September (i think this is the best- crowds are extremely low-we have gone the past 2 yrs in Sept and never waited more than 15-20 minutes for a ride)
December (this is, in my opinion, the most magical time of year to go- decorations are fantastic, as is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party. We went this year but during the second week of Dec. All the decorations were up, we attended the Christmas party and had average crowds. The closer it gets to Christmas, the more crowded it becomes.

I have never been in Jan, Feb, Mar, Jun, Oct, or Nov., so I cannot offer any advice on those months. Although I would assume that Oct is pretty much like Sept., but you never know.

Florida is never going to be quiet. However I recently went for Halloween (which by the way is UNBELIEVABLE) its a must, anyway I went round this time and the parks were busy but bareable. The fast passes really help with the queues aswel. (if your looking to go to all the theme parks

Queuing times ranged from 5-60 minutes. There wern't many however that went over 45.

Halloween night is a different matter. Expect hundreds of thousands of people that night werever you go. Americans love celebrating halloween but its something you have to go. Jus get your fast passes and you'll be fine

I also went in the Summer years ago and from what I remember of it was a great holiday but packed to the extent were somtimes it gets annoying.

September-November- best time to go

I think Disney is the least crowded in September and October.

I would have to say your best bet would be in the fall. Winter we have "snow birds", spring is spring break, and summer well is everyone else.
